Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Arusha – Transfer to Arusha

Arrival at Arusha Airport and transfer to Four Points by Sheraton

En-route Arusha City Tour

All meals and overnight at Four Points by Sheraton The Arusha Hotel – Traditional Room

Day 2: Arusha – Manyara – Karatu

Depart after breakfast to Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch

Game drive in the park;

Late afternoon drive to Karatu

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge

Day 3: Karatu – Serengeti

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park

With en-route game drive arrive for lunch at Tamba Tented Lodge

Afternoon game drive in the park

Dinner and overnight at Tamba Tented Lodge

Day 4: Serengeti

Optional with supplement: Early morning balloon safari USD 450 per person

Morning and afternoon game drive in the park

All meals and overnight at Tamba Tented Lodge

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

Depart after breakfast to Ngorongoro with lunch hamper

Game drive in the crater

Late afternoon drive to your overnight lodge

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 6: Ngorongoro – Tarangire

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park

With en-route game drive arrive for lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge

Afternoon game drive in the park

Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Greenland Retreat

Day 7: Tarangire – Arusha – Depart  

After breakfast, drive to Arusha

Lunch in a restaurant

Transfer to Arusha Airport for onward flight

Holiday Surcharge:

• A supplement of US $ 50.00 per person per night will apply to all bookings on the 24^th, 25^th,26^th,26^th and 31^st December and 1^st January
• A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person per night will apply to all bookings for all four days during Easter period Friday to Monday

Prices include:

• Accommodation and meals as per the itinerary
• Ground transportation in a 6-seater 4x4 Classic safari vehicle with “Italian” speaking Driver guide:- 6-Seater Safari Vehicle has 6 window seats ( in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
• Game drives and park entry fees
• Services of Leopard Tours staff
• Tourism Development levy (1% of room rate)
• VAT on Ground Transport & Crater Service Fee, Park Entry Fees
• One-liter bottle drinking water per person per day during the game drive in the vehicle

General terms & Conditions:

1. Government Taxes and Levies:

The rates above are inclusive of current levies & taxes as of today , however should there be any new statutory taxes introduced and/or increase of any current levies by Government/statutory bodies the same shall be passed on to you

2. Conservation Fees(Park Entrance Fees) Accommodation Concession Fees / Camping Fees:

National Parks/Conservation Fees are based on current tariff, should TANANA OR NCAA OR WMA increase any of their fees the same will be passed on to your

3. Luggage space:

Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa.

Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24”x17”x7” are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used .(Baggage and personal effects are at effects owner’s risk throughout the  tour and baggage insurances for members is strongly advised).

4. Re-routing of Itineraries due to limited space availability:

There may be some departures operated on a re-routed version depending on the status given, but reflecting same experience and number of game drives.

5. Seasonal variations:

Some bookings might straddle between two seasons making the above seasonal quotations on accommodation NOT APPLICABLE. In such cases ,supplements/reductions will be applicable for such bookings.

6. Scheduled Flights Fares and Baggage Allowance:

Scheduled flight fares are current and subject to change. The proposed airline may not be available at the time of booking. You will be informed of the changes on the fares and the changes on the fares and the airline available for a particular booking. Regional Air luggage allowance is strictly 20 kilos in soft bags per person (inclusive of hand luggage)

7. Accommodation rates for children sharing with adults:

Child sharing rate is based on the general child policy of the accommodations. For any specific combination of child sharing with adults/children, we kindly ask you to get a quote from us depending on the child age and rooming arrangement.
